Karl did not get back to us after meeting for the first time. We spent a lot of time going over the details and plans for a custom built house, but we never heard back for followup!

Karl made selling my house easy. He was knowledgeable, practical and easy going. It can be stressful to sell a house. But I really was surprised at how much better this experience was compared to past experiences. I believe a lot of that was due to Karl! One of my biggest complaints in the past was feeling like I was doing the work that should be handled by the Realtor and feeling like I was being pushed. Not so with him!! Karl made the whole experience a pleasure and I would definitely use him again!

Karl is the most amazing realtor. I know Karl saved us 100k due to negotiating skills because similar houses sold for so much more. He is also crazy fast responsive. We wanted to live on a park so my family and I would visit different parks and so I would text him park names. It would instantly popup in our search of homes with a two block radius around every park we liked. He also had a pretty decent idea about how much an improvement would cost when I would check with contractors. I cant imagine anything he could have done better and I am a tough reviewer, and as a result we live in the house of our dreams. Neil
